Support the Library

Donations may be directed to the Next Century Fund, the General Operating Fund, or the Kristine Lendved Library Sustainability Fund (KLLSF). 

The Next Century Fund will help to ensure that our library is sufficiently funded now and into the future, even in times when other public funding may not be sufficient in ensuring that the library maintains the level of service our community expects.

Directing funds to the General Operating Fund may be used to support the new library building, operating and maintenance expenses, or wherever they are most needed. 

The Kristine Lendved Library Sustainability Fund (KLLSF) supports collections and programming in years of budget shortfall.

Options for donating:

• Make a check payable to the Katie Flowers Endowment and mail to Katie Flowers Endowment c/o Forest Lodge Library, P.O. Box 176, Cable, WI 54821.
• Make a gift from a donor advised fund, IRA, 401(k) or other fund directed to the Katie Flowers Endowment Inc. The EIN is 39-1994280.  For documentation on 501(c)(3) status click here. Send checks to Katie Flowers Endowment c/o Forest Lodge Library, P.O. Box 176, Cable, WI, 54821.
• Use your credit card, click on the donation button form button below and fill out the form to make a donation to the Forest Lodge Library.

Donated funds are held by the Katie Flowers Endowment, the fundraising arm of the Forest Lodge Library.  The Forest Lodge Library Board of Trustees holds the responsibility and of the allocation of funds raised.

Once you complete the form and click “Submit” you will get a summary page for review. If your donation is correct, please click the Paypal icon. You will then have the option of using your debit or credit card, or using your Paypal account to complete your donation.
