Volunteering

The Forest Lodge Library welcomes those wishing to volunteer their time to assist with library operations. Assistance is always appreciated in keeping current with the shelving of returned materials, processing newly received materials, reviewing the order of shelved items, and help with preparing materials for programs and such. A minimal amount of training is required to assist with these activities and we’ll be glad of your time whether it’s fifteen minutes here or there or several hours a week.

The Katie Flowers Endowment is always happy to have assistance with their ongoing fundraising work to help support the library.  If you are interested in helping in this way, please contact the Library Director or an officer of the Katie Flowers Endowment Board. If you are wanting to play a larger role in this effort and feel you would make a strong member of the Katie Flowers Endowment Board, please also contact the Library Director or an officer of the Katie Flowers Endowment.
